I have not signed in before, how do I obtain a login?

Contact the TI Office at 202-882-1605. We'll be happy to help you!

 

How do I change my password?

1.     Sign in to your ShulCloud account.

2.     Under ‘My Account’ click on ‘My Profile’.

3.     Type a password in the ‘Login Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields.

4.     Click ‘Save Changes to Person’ at the bottom of the screen.

 

How do I change the email address I use to sign in?

1.     Sign in to your ShulCloud account.

2.     Under ‘My Account’ click on ‘My Profile’.

3.     Type in a new email address in the ‘Login Email’ field.

4.     Click ‘Save Changes to Person’ at the bottom of the screen.

 

I forgot my password and cannot sign in, what should I do?

What can I do with ShulCloud?

  • View your financial transactions history online
  • Pay your bill online by eCheck or credit card, or bill your TI account
  • Update information for you and your family members
  • Make donations to TI
  • Find your friends via the TI directory
  • Register for classes, events and more

Can I still pay by check?

You can always pay by check. However it saves the shul time if you pay online, so we hope as many members as possible will do so.  If you feel uncomfortable paying online, you can always send a check to the TI office.

 

Can I make automatic monthly payments? 

You can make automatic payments by eCheck or credit card. Here’s how you to it:

1.    Sign into your ShulCloud account.

2.     Under ‘My Account’, choose ‘My Billing’.

3.     Click ‘Submit Payment’ and check the box labeled ‘Split this Payment Amount’.

4.     Type in an amount and select the number of months over which to split the payment.

5.     When you get to the ‘Confirm Payment’ screen, you can indicate whether you want to pay by eCheck or credit card.

 

Will I be charged a fee for paying on line?

At present, TI is assuming responsibility for fees associated with pay by eCheck. For credit cards we are asking for a 3% donation to help cover the additional processing fees.
