Do I now have to make all payments online? Can I still pay by check?

You can always pay by check. However it saves the shul time if you pay online, so we hope as many members as possible will do so.  If you feel uncomfortable paying online, you can always send a check to the TI office.

Can I make automatic monthly payments?

You can make automatic payments by eCheck or credit card. Here’s how you to it:

1.    Sign in

2.     Under ‘My Account’, choose ‘My Billing’

3.     Click ‘Submit Payment’ and check the box labeled ‘Split this Payment Amount’

4.     Type in an amount and select the number of months over which to split the payment

5.     When you get to the ‘Confirm Payment’ screen, you can indicate whether you want to pay by eCheck or credit card

Will I be charged fees for paying on line?

At present, TI is assuming responsibility for eChecks. For credit cards we are asking for a 3% donation to help cover the additional processing fees. Fees for eChecks are lower than credit cards, so we encourage payment by eCheck.
