Himmelfarb Enrollment - 2020

Thank you for your interest in TI's Himmelfarb or Chai School for the 2021-2022 school year. While the coming year will be filled with uncertainty, we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our young people throughout the year, whether in-person or online. As we clarify our specific plans we will be continuously updating this page to reflect the most up to date information. ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

First Page:
Under the name of each child, select the grade they will be entering in the fall of 2020, then click the check box for that class. You can enroll all of your children at the same time.

Second Page:
Fill out all fields marked with a red asterisk. In the Emergency Contact section, be sure to add all adults who are authorized to pick up your child/ren and click the "can pickup" check box.

Third Page:
Complete your registration with a $50 non-refundable registration fee for each child's enrollment, along with a payment plan. If you need help setting up your payment plan, please contact Sheri Blonder at sheri@tifereth-israel.org.

Medical Release:
In addition to the registration form, please complete and submit the Emergency Medical Release Form.
