Red Wines

France, Dry, Mevushal
The Butcher's Daughter Merlot is bursting with fresh berry and cherry flavors, with a light licorice flavor on the nose and aftertaste. The wine is medium bodied, with light tannins and a smooth balanced finish.

France, Dry, Mevushal
This beautifully made Reserve Bordeaux blend is from French producer La Fille Du Boucher. The wine is a ruby red color with violet tints, the nose bursting with plum and cassis flavors. The palate is fruit forward with a good tannic structure and solid finish. This wine has aging potential; decant before enjoying for at least an hour. Pair with steak, burgers, or lamb chops.

Israel, Dry, Mevushal
Binyamina Reserve Cabernet is produced from grapes grown in Binyamina's Upper Galilee and Golan Heights vineyards. It is a full-bodied wine with aromas of raspberries, cassis, roasted coffee beans and mint.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
This wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for about 9 months, after which each barrel was individually tasted and the final blend was made. It is a dark, rich and well-balanced wine, showing characteristic forest fruit qualities such as currants, berries and mint, which are complemented very well with subtle vanilla flavors of French Oak. This wine goes particularly well with grilled meats, steak, hamburgers and also roast chicken.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
Dalton Shiraz is dark almost black in color, the nose is intense with black fruit, plums, berries, licorice, and pepper tones. The wine has soft integrated tannins and a long finish. Shiraz is a very concentrated wine with a long aging potential.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
This wine is a blend of estate grown grapes with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 7% Petite Syrah, night-harvested, and then aged in French Oak Barrels that give lots of character to the finished product. Strong aromas fill the nose with blueberries and concentrated blackberry, followed by strong oak. This wine is meant for those that enjoy big flavors and very dry wines. It is recommended to let the wine breath and to pair with hearty or seasoned meat dishes.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
This Bordeaux blend was delicately crafted from grapes handpicked from Castel's Israeli vineyards. Aged in stainless steel tanks after fermentation the wine exhibits youthful and fresh characters. Look for red fruit flavors including cherries, red cassis and red currants in this medium body - drink now wine.

Israel, Dry, Mevushal
This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, from vineyards in the northern mountains of Israel, at a height of 900 meters. Psagot Sinai is a refreshing, fruity and beautifully balanced wine.

Israel, Dry, Mevushal
Grapes grown in the Upper Galilee, mainly from the premium Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley, were harvested at ultimate ripeness. The wine then underwent a protracted post-fermentation maceration on the skins, as well as fourteen months aging in a mixture of French and American oak, in order to arrive at the optimum extraction and balance of fruit, tannin and oak. This rich, complex, balanced wine will continue to improve for many years.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Franc, the grapes were all grown in the cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude of the Golan Heights. Moderately early pressing yields a wine with good color and ample fruit that can be enjoyed without extensive aging. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 55-60 degrees F.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
Binyamina Yogev Cabernet/Shiraz is a progressive style of wine made accessible and delicious by classically-trained Israeli winemakers. The Cabernet contributes dark, rich flavors and firm structure, while the Shiraz kicks in gobs of massive, opulent fruit and a silky texture. A barbecue classic, this wine is also delicious alongside veal osso buco, roast beef, and fresh pasta marinara.

Spain, Dry, Non-mevushal
For Peraj Petita, Capcanes selects the best grapes from their indigenous varieties - Garnacha, Samso, and Ull de Llebre - harvested from ancient vines up in the mountains. Peraj Petita exhibits lively fruit and reflects the terroir and great varieties of the area.

Spain, Dry, Non-mevushal
A luxurious example of Spain's famous Rioja wines, this wine is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes, carefully selected from old vines surrounding the town of Haro, La Rioja. With its bright ruby red color, a nose of ripe wild berries and balsamic aromas, Ramon Cardova is ideal with red meat, fish, and soft, light cheeses.

White Wines

France, Dry, Mevushal
This well balanced pale yellow Chardonnay has crisp minerality and flavors of apple, brioche, and butter. The acidity is good and allows the wine to pair with bigger dishes such as poultry or grilled salmon.

Israel, Dry, Mevushal
This wine is 100% Chardonnay, aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. The nose is very intense, crisp and clean, with citrus fruit and refreshing peach notes. The palate shows green apple, citrus fruit and earthy mineral, all typical of Chardonnay wines produced by this method.

Israel, Dry, Non-Mevushal
This wine is fermented with wild yeast in oak casks and allowed to age for a further four months in barrel. The wine is supple and fruity, with notes of citrus and pineapples subtly balanced with a rich and smoky character from the barrel.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
From the vineyards of Kerem Ben Zimra, this is a fruity wine bursting with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Dalton offers a new and exciting facet to Chardonnay wine, in keeping with its Mediterranean origins.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer, each variety adds its own beauty to this crisp white wine. The Chardonnay is the backbone lending structure and balance, the sauvignon blanc adds citrus and melon notes, while the Gewürztraminer rounds out the floral characters and contributes to the overall silky texture. This wine is a great showing from an overall great Israeli winery.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
Produced from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Golan heights, where the cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Cold fermentation retains the naturally fruity and floral qualities characteristic of these varietals. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at about 50 degrees.

Italy, Semi-Dry, Sparkling, Mevushal
This is a wonderful, slightly sparkling wine produced in the Veneto region of Italy. Its slightly fruity, creamy, dry quality make it a perfect wine to accompany appetizers, pasta, and seafood dishes. It is best served chilled.

New Zealand, Dry, Mevushal
A really nice looking wine that is very, very light, almost totally see through in color but there is a touch of yellowish pinkish. The Sauvignon Blanc is really aromatic, like kiwis, lemon, melons, maybe some banana, a touch of minerality and a touch of acid on the nose. This wine has a super crisp mouth feel, light to medium body and medium plus acid. There is more melon and gooseberry in the mouth with perhaps just a touch too much acid over the sweetness. This is a really refreshing wine that is perfect to drink on its own or paired with many dishes, especially with fish or cheese.
