Brunch with Ira Forman: Global Anti Semitism

Increase in Anti-Semitism, Truth or Myth?

Sorry, this event is sold out.

On Sunday, November 2, Gevarim will be hosting a brunch and discussion on the topic of the reported increase in Global Anti-semitism. Some argue that reported increases in anti-semitism is blown out of proportion, and that people are confusing people opposed to Israeli policies, or even the existence of the State of Israel, with the hatred of Jews. Others are convinced that the opposite is true, and that antisemitic sentiments are are growing problem throughout the world.

The featured speaker will be our own Ira Forman the the U.S. Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism. As the Special Envoy, it is Ira's responsibility to monitor and combat anti-semitism around the globe on behalf of the State Department. In this role Ira has traveled extensive and can bring us information about his first hand observations on this topic.

The brunch will follow minyan on November 2, approximately 10:00 AM. We will be serving lox, cream cheese, bagels, quiche, danish or cake, juice and coffee. The cost is $12 per person, but we have limited space. Please sign up below if you want to come.
